Nazar and the Judge Shy chibi

Doodled this awhile back on a tiny notepad (think 1.5" wide by 3" long), figured I might as well submit the thing.

Kinda behind on submitting it actually, considering that I'm already using this 'chibi' as the icon for the latest Nazar plz account.
